DTIC is a company dedicated to technologies that are beneficial to improving the environment through the development of new technologies and the management of hazardous industrial waste.
The company was founded as a partnership by James H. Davis, President, and Geraldine L. Davis, Secretary Treasurer in 1993 and incorporated in Delaware as a general corporation in April 1994. It operates as a foreign corporation in Virginia, as it will throughout the remainder of U.S. wherever it provides service.
A privately held corporation, DTIC has shareholders, an elected Board of Directors, and an Advisory Board.
